Breeze Support Solutions is a leading specialist bespoke care provider that provides domiciliary care, live in services and supported living services geared towards helping individuals to live independently or with reduced support in their own homes. We provide flexible support throughout the UK, which is suited to individuals between the ages of 18 and 65 years of age, older adults over the age of 65, with varying levels of support needs which range from a few hours to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, depending on assessed need.
This allows individuals we support to achieve their recovery goals and reach their full potential. We work closely with local authorities and specialist landlords in providing appropriate services to meet each individual we support needs and aspirations.
